This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to cancellations and refunds for bookings made through Jomivic Travel ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform to make any booking, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms

1.1Platform Role: Jomivic Travel functions solely as a facilitator of bookings for third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cab services, and tour operators ("Service Providers"). We do not provide the underlying travel services.

1.2Provider Policies Prevail: All refunds, cancellations, and associated charges are subject to the policies of the respective Service Providers. The terms displayed at the time of booking shall govern the cancellation and refund rights applicable to each transaction.

1.3User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation and refund terms prior to completing any booking. By proceeding with a booking, the User acknowledges and accepts the cancellation and refund rules applicable to that specific service.

2. Flight Bookings

Airline Policies Apply

All flight bookings are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airline. Refunds are only processed if permitted by the airline's policy. Any airline-imposed cancellation fees, taxes, or service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.3Non-Refundable Fees: Jomivic Travel convenience fees, service charges, and other administrative fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of booking.

2.4Processing Timeline: Refunds approved by airlines shall be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the airline and payment method used.

3. Hotel Bookings

Property Policies Govern

Hotel cancellation and refund terms are determined by the property and rate type selected at the time of booking. Certain rates may be non-refundable or only partially refundable in accordance with the hotel's policy.

3.3No-Shows and Late Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations made after the allowed period may incur full charges as stipulated by the property's cancellation policy.

3.4Processing Timeline: Refunds approved by hotels shall be processed within 7–10 business days after written confirmation from the property.

4. Cab & Transfer Services

Provider Terms Apply

Cancellation and refund of cab or transfer bookings are governed by the policies of the individual service provider. Refunds may not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

4.3Processing Timeline: Refunds, if eligible, are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of confirmation.

5. Tour Packages & Activities

Operator Policies Govern

Cancellations and refunds for tours and activities are subject to the terms set forth by the tour operator. Certain tours may allow partial refunds, while others are non-refundable once confirmed.

5.3Processing Timeline: Approved refunds for tour packages shall be processed within 7–14 business days of operator confirmation.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the User's bank, payment gateway, and the policies of the relevant Service Provider. Jomivic Travel is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

9. Modifications to This Policy

Jomivic Travel reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Users are encouraged to review this Policy regularly before making any booking.
