1. The Services

Jomivic provides professional travel services to individuals and corporate clients in Nigeria and internationally. Our services include, but are not limited to, flight reservations, hotel and accommodation bookings, holiday and tour packages, visa assistance, travel insurance facilitation, airport transfers, ground transportation, and general travel consultancy services.

Jomivic acts solely as an agent and intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance companies, embassies, and transport providers ("Third-Party Providers"). Unless expressly agreed in writing, Jomivic does not own, operate, control, or manage the services provided by such Third-Party Providers.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that Jomivic does not guarantee:

• the availability, price, schedule, or quality of any travel service;
• that flights will operate as scheduled or that accommodation will meet expectations;
• that visas, permits, or travel authorisations will be approved; or
• that any travel arrangement will proceed without interruption, delay, or cancellation.

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant Third-Party Providers. Any information provided through the website or by Jomivic regarding travel itineraries, pricing, accommodation standards, visa requirements, or travel conditions is indicative only and may be amended, withdrawn, or corrected at any time without notice.

Without limiting the generality of the above, you acknowledge that:

• Jomivic does not control or supervise Third-Party Providers;
• contracts for travel services are concluded directly between you and the relevant Third-Party Provider; and
• Jomivic is not a carrier, hotelier, tour operator, or insurer.

Where services involve international travel, visa assistance, or immigration-related processes, Jomivic acts strictly as a travel consultant and intermediary and makes no representations or warranties regarding visa approvals, immigration decisions, border entry, or residency permissions. Responsibility for compliance with all immigration, customs, health, and travel laws rests entirely with the traveller. Jomivic does not provide legal or immigration advice, and users are encouraged to obtain independent professional advice where required.

Jomivic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or withdraw services where information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, where provision of services may breach applicable laws or regulations, or where continued engagement may expose Jomivic to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

2. Term and Termination

These Terms take effect on the date you first access the website or use any of the services and shall continue in full force and effect unless and until terminated in accordance with this section.

Jomivic may, at its sole discretion and without liability, suspend or terminate your access to the website or services, in whole or in part and with or without prior notice, where you breach these Terms, misuse the website or services, fail to make required payments, or where suspension or termination is required by applicable law or regulation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made within the timeframe specified by Jomivic. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of bookings, forfeiture of deposits, or suspension of services without liability to Jomivic.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• prices are subject to availability and confirmation;
• all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise;
• service fees charged by Jomivic are generally non-refundable; and
• cancellations, amendments, and refunds are governed primarily by the applicable Third-Party Provider's terms and conditions.

Jomivic shall not be responsible where refunds are refused, reduced, delayed, or subject to penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, embassies, or other Third-Party Providers. Any refunds received by Jomivic shall be processed to the customer after deduction of applicable service fees and charges, where permitted.

6. Proprietary Rights and Confidentiality

All intellectual property rights in and to the website, services, content, branding, logos, trademarks, databases, and materials made available by Jomivic are and shall remain the exclusive property of Jomivic or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property other than the limited right to use the website and services in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to treat as confidential all non-public information disclosed to you by Jomivic in connection with the services, including business information, pricing, supplier arrangements, customer data, travel itineraries, and technical or operational information. 7. Publicity

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you acknowledge and agree that Jomivic may identify customers or corporate clients as clients of Jomivic in its marketing, promotional materials, presentations, proposals, website content, and other public communications, provided that no confidential information or personal data is disclosed.

Such publicity may include the use of business names, logos, or general descriptions of services provided. Nothing in this section obliges Jomivic to make any public announcement, and Jomivic shall not publish detailed testimonials, case studies, or endorsements without prior written consent.

Personal data of individual travellers shall not be used for publicity purposes without explicit consent, in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Nigeria.

8. User Content

In the course of using the website or services, you may submit or upload information and materials, including but not limited to personal details, passport information, travel documents, booking details, preferences, and correspondence ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content; however, by submitting User Content to Jomivic, you grant Jomivic a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, reproduce, and share such content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

You represent and warrant that all User Content submitted:

• is accurate, current, and complete;
• does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
• complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Jomivic does not independently verify User Content and shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained therein. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, restrict, or refuse to process any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Nigerian law, Jomivic disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• travel arrangements will be completed as planned or without disruption.

You consent to receiving communications, notices, confirmations, invoices, and agreements electronically and acknowledge that electronic records shall satisfy any legal requirement for written documentation.

17. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jomivic in relation to your use of the website and services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by Jomivic in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
